Unbelievably Good Fruit Dip

Reviewed: Jul. 25, 2008
This definitely is UNBELIEVABLY the BEST fruit dip ever. Super easy to make & the texture was perfect. Not too thin or thick. Tastes better the next day after. I used the lemon from the bottle & it turned out fine, along with the Philly Cream Cheese from an 8oz tub & Eagle Condensed Milk. I tried another fruit dip on this site, & hands down, this was the better of the two. Great for anytime & parties. I will be making this next month for a bridal shower & birthday party no doubt !

this is a great recipe. you can even make the white sugar version. just substitute the brown for white sugar & you're good to go. or make both varieties for a party & everyone will love you

Cream Cheese Fruit Dip

Reviewed: Jul. 23, 2008
extremely easy to make. less than 5 min for me ! i made two versions of this recipe. one exactly as directed, with an 8oz tub of philly cream cheese. as great as it was, i figured why not make another batch, substituting 3/4 cup of white sugar. both taste great, but i actually like the white sugar one better. i am making both dips again for a bridal shower & work potluck ! one last tidbit... yummmmmy with strawberries !

Garlic Green Beans

Wow! Yummy! If you ever do green beans for a dinner side, this is definitely the way to go, a little extra flavor with hardly extra prep time. A must if you love garlic infused dishes. Will do again!

Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies I

Reviewed: Jun. 26, 2005
These are awesomely delicious!!! These cookies pass the test when it comes to an easy cookie recipe with little prep time & quick bake time as well. I used Nestle Cocoa Powder, because it was the least expensive one ( the unsweetened brand in my local vons was $8.39 opposed to $3.99 for Nestle. I also substituted the chips & used White Chocolate Chips to make an excellent Black & White Chipper Cookie. I didnt use nuts because I prefer the cookies without them. Love this recipe!

Awesome Bow Tie Pasta

Reviewed: May 29, 2005
LOVED IT! OK~HERE'S WHAT I DID TO CHANGE THE MIX: FINELY DICED CUCUMBER, USED CARDINI BRAND BALSAMIC VINEGARETTE, ADDED SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE & I STUCK WITH THE FRESH DICED TOMATOES FOR A FRESHER LOOK. THE CANNED DICED TOMATOES APPEARED AS THOUGH IT MAY GET TOO MUSHY. THIS HAD A GR8 TASTE IMMEDIATELY AFTER PREPARING, YOU CAN ONLY IMAGINE ITS TASTE AFTER A FEW HOURS! WITH THIS PREP, THIS SALAD HAD NOTHING BLAND ABOUT IT !

LOVED IT ~ JUST PREPPED THIS FOR MEMORIAL DAY LUNCH. I USED RED POTATOES & LEFT THE SKIN ON FOR MORE COLOR & USED A YELLOW ONION. I ALTERED NOTHING ELSE. GREAT TASTE, VINEGAR AMOUNT WAS PERFECT TO ME, NOT TOO SWEET, NOT TOO SOUR =) A DEFINITE PLAN TO MAKE THIS IN THE NEAR FUTURE!

Chicken Alfredo with Fettuccini Noodles

Reviewed: Jan. 19, 2005
It was a different kind of alfredo. i added 1/4 tsp of minced garlic & threw in some parsley. the sauce had too much riccotta & was gritty in texture. the riccotta cheese didnt seem to melt well. flavor was ok but couldve been better.
