Chicken Enchiladas II
I love these Chicken Enchiladas, They are my new favorite. The preparation is so easy! It’s unbelievably easy. I did however add my own touches to it; I use diced green bell peppers to substitute the green chiles. And I use Cream of Chicken to substitute the Cream of Mushroom. I also double up on the chicken.
My husband loved them so much. I now use “Chicken Enchiladas” as my negotiating/bargaining tool to get what I want!
