I made it exactly as described other than using the slow cooker. Turned out fantastic, very thick and hearty, delicious.

Incredible! Very easy too if you use the food processor like other people suggested. I am never getting store-bought scones again!

This was delicious! But I'm only giving it 4 stars because of all the adjustments I made. I followed one suggestion and used frozen chicken breasts. That step made this incredibly easy recipe even easier! I omitted the water and used 2 cans of low sodium chicken broth. I added 1 can each of black, red, and pinto beans (drained and rinsed) to make it a heartier soup. I also followed another suggestion and added finely crushed tortilla chips halfway through to make it thicker. The measurements for the spices I kept the same because the whole family likes spicy food. This soup also freezes really well. Thanks!
