Beef Tenderloin With Roasted Shallots
It's my first time serving beef tenderloin, and I think it must be the easiest meat to serve beautifully following this recipe. It took only about 30-45 mins, it was perfect as we went out with friends, invited them to the home, and served dinner. Everyone raved about the beef. It was really good. 2 lbs of meat was gone in minutes. Thank you for sharing this lovely recipe.
