I doubled the recipe, using: Berringer's cabernet sauvignon, a total of 1/2 of sugar and no carbonated water. It was delicious!!!

Black Magic Cake

So moist and so chocolatey!!! This was a hit! I used 2-9 in cake pans and it only took 30 minutes to bake. I greased the pans really well and they were still really hard to take out of the pan.

Artichoke Spinach Lasagna

I followed the recipe as is, and it was absolutely delicious. I made sure to drain the artichokes and spinach really well (using a potatoe ricer) and it was not as liquidy as some of the reviewers had mentioned.

Special Deviled Eggs

This was the first deviled eggs recipe I have ever tried. It was a hit at my party! I drained the relish really well (I used a potatoe ricer), did not add any salt or pepper and used a ziplock bag to pipe the filling. Delicious!!!

Beef-Stuffed Squash

This was my first squash recipe! It was so delicious. I also did what the others recommended by baking the squash for 50 minutes instead of 30. The glaze is so yummy that I think I will glaze the squash before stuffing it too.

Chicken Pot Pie II

This was my first chicken pot pie and it was so delicious!!! Since I don't like using frozen veggies, I used potatoes, carrots, peas and corn. I also used half of the recommended amount of Thyme & onions. In the mix, I also added salt, poultry seasoning, and black pepper.
