Cranberry Pistachio Biscotti
these are absolutely amazing! i made about 5 batches during the holiday, gave them wrapped in tins as a gift - everyone loved them! very easy too.

Overnight Apple Cinnamon French Toast
very good and oh so easy. even good the following morning reheated in the microwave. this is great - i even cut it down to serve 5 instead of 15 and used an 8x8 glass pan - same great results. oh - i baked it at 350 F for 45 mins with the tin foil OFF... cooked faster it seemed.
