Grandman Pork Chops and Rice
I am going to try adding green pepper and beer in place of water. We shall see what happens!

Chicken Cordon Bleu I
As you roll the chicken I found it to save time by rolling the chicken into the breadcrumbs. It seams to be less mess and more evenly spread onto the chicken.
