Caramelized Brussels Sprouts with Pistachios
Good, but I would recommend using a lot less butter.

Baked Ziti I
I love this recipe! No need for parmesan if you don't have it. I also replaced 1/3 of the sour cream with low fat sour cream - couldn't tell the difference. The top got a little dried out - will probably try covering it next time.
