I misread the directions. I completely skipped #2 and I mixed everything together. It was a pretty tasty meatloaf. I liked it more than the wife. Maybe I'll have to try it again following the directions. It was nice to not be disappointed by another meatloaf recipe from this site.

Could use a little salt and pepper baked in. Will be a repeat but not a regular. BTW I translated the 6.5 cups of noodles as a 12 oz package.

I'll give it 4 stars knowing that next time I make this I will cut the pineapple juice down probably by half. I think it was a bit much. Just a bit too sweet for my liking, but wasn't bad.
