Wow! Easy and truly fabulous fudge. Will make this one again and again.

This was delicious, but very rich. I cut the sugar in the cake down by one cup and it was perfectly sweet. Don't make the mistake of undercooking the cake at all, as I did, or you will end up with a cake soup in the center. If you like moist cakes, such as Tres Leches, you will love this. Overall, it is excellent.

All I can say is wow! I had no idea what to expect as I have never cooked ribs before. I followed the recipe nearly exactly and they turned out as good as any ribs I have ever had..period. I must admit the ribs did not look appetizing after they were baked, nor did the sauce smell or look particularly good. But when they are basted and grilled, somehow they magically transform into melt in your mouth, delectable, professional quality ribs! I cannot recommend this recipe enough.
