Incredibly Cheesy Turkey Meatloaf
I loved the flavor of this meat loaf. I didn't have any italian seasoned bread crumbs so I just used plain panko and added dried oregano and basil...and also some garlic salt because I'm an addict. I also took others advice and added a clove of garlic plus a sprinkle of onion powder. I mixed everything together minus the cheese, meat and ketchup. Once it sat for five minutes I added the turkey and cheese. I tested the flavor first by making a very small patty with the mixture and cooking it up in a frying pan. This way if I don't like it I can doctor it up before cooking the whole meatloaf. No adjustments were needed! I would even enjoy this without the cheese if it were to come to that. But I always have tons of cheese on hand. :)

Shredded French Dip
Great recipe. I also highly recommend buttering and toasting the rolls with cheese.

White Bean and Artichoke Salad
I found this recipe here last year and have been making it ever since, as is. It's really yummy and I highly recommend it! Great summertime side dish.
