My cooking tragedies
My first memory of cooking was making Malt O Meal at about 8 yrs of age. Instead of adding 1/4 tsp of salt, I put in 1/4 cup. I learned to pay close attention to measurements after that.

Tomato-Cream Sauce for Pasta
Easy and delicious. Some reviewers complained that it was too thin, but I used crushed tomatoes, and turned out perfectly.
