My name is Hannah Banner. My dad is in the military so we move every 2-3 years it has been exteremly exciting. I am a Christian and I have been happy in the Lord since August 2,2004 when I asked him to come into my heart and save me from my sin. I am a comepletely new person. I play some piano and guitar. And enjoy helping my mom out cooking,cleaning and whatever I can do to make things easier on her. I love to cook anything that I can use my imagination, cakes and any dessert are my favorites. Since we do move alot I dont know my family that well wich kind-of gets in the way of cooking traditions. Well since I have been cooking(a couple months) I would have to say the best thing I have ever cooked was...cinnanom rolls of course because I foundthem on allrecipes.com!!! There was one time we had a couple coming over so of corse I have to do the cooking. So I wanted to bake a cake that I know these people would just love. So here I go not even bothering to read through all the directions. The recipe called for coolwhip,sour cream,1 cake mix,eggs,so on and so forth.I had just finished putting all the contents in when I looked to read what I needed to do next..."mix sour cream with cool whip"...I read. I looked at what I had "created" as I thought to myself...I put the sour cream and cool whip in with the cake mix.I felt so ignorant.I mixed it all up and made it into a pudding type thing my siblings (poor things) ate what they could to make me feel good. We face many tragedies in life but one thing I learned was when we come to a difficult situation stop and READ the instructions!! I new it was one tragedy that noone would forget!
