Asian Orange Chicken

Turkey and Stuffing Casserole
This was a super easy, tasty turkey recipe. I even used non-fat celery and chicken soup, I boiled the turkey and then shredded and it came out perfect. DH liked this as well. It is a keeper and makes good leftovers. Thank you for sharing!

Baked Oatmeal I
Excellent, easy alternative to standard oatmeal. I substituted oil for applesauce and splenda for sugar and used old fashioned oats. Also added cranberries instead of raisins per other's suggestions and it came out perfect. We will definatley make again.
