Dark Chocolate Cake I
Loved the taste and didn't have any trouble with it sticking or being dry. Like other reviewers mentioned, always cream the butter and sugar really well so they are fluffy. I sprayed a bundt pan well with cooking spray and it slid right out.

Old-Fashioned Chocolate Fudge
Very good fudge from "the old days", much richer chocolate flavor than the quick methods out there today. I wish I had followed the tip from another reviewer to let it come down in temp before I started beating in the butter/vanilla, I think it would've been less tiring that way!

Puppy Chow
Good starting point for this recipe, I liked it better with another small handful of chocolate chips, half a stick of butter and less cereal (I just add until the pieces are all coated well). I also end up using more powdered sugar to get the pieces completely coated.
