I am a stay at home mom of three boys ages 16, 6, and 4. I enjoy cooking for others and enjoy reading, watching movies and listening to music especially while I cook! (listening to music that is) I like to make desserts and things that are easy to make but taste like they were a lot more work then they were! I love to have homemake goodies waiting for my guest. I don't really have any that I can think of!! How sad that is if you think about it. Just learning to cook is the biggest triumph for me if you knew me before you would understand I was a long standing joke of cooking in my family. For example I once went to make cupcakes on a cookie sheet with just paper cupcake liners so you can image the mess!! Well besides the cupcakes there was the time the instructions said to mix by hand so I thought it meant to use my hands and then when I was to flour the pan I floured the cake batter!! But now I have come a long long way from then!! Thank goodness for my sons sake!
