Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies
I could manage to screw up a grilled cheese sandwich and these turned out great. They were not at all "cake-like" as a lot of the reviews claimed. They were fluffy and didn't spread out much but tasted great. The only change I made was to increase the vanilla to 2 tbsp as one of the other reviews stated. After I took out the first pan of cookies, I quickly realized that I needed to make sure they were round and flattened before baking. The second pan came out looking perfect. Thanks for the great recipe.

Banana Cream Pie III
This was my first attempt at making a Banana Cream Pie. I made it to take to work and everyone loved it. There were no leftovers because the women I work with argued over who got to take the leftovers home. I used 1 vanilla and 1 banana because I was a little bit scared of having too much of that artificial banana taste and it was perfect. I also made homemade whipped cream (from this site) which was a nice compliment. This is easy, cheap, and delicious. Thank you for the great recipe!

Biggest Bestest Burger
I would first like to start out by saying how disappointed I was that some people reviewed this without even trying it. The title isn't "Biggest Healthiest Bestest Burger." I can see taking a look at the ingredients and deciding to keep looking but posting a negative review based on ingredients alone seems unfair. I did try the recipe and am giving it 2 stars. These were edible but not anything that my family cared for. My husband took a couple of bites and put it down (I knew then that something was wrong). I followed the recipe to the letter and although I didn’t find it too salty, it did resemble meatloaf and that wasn't what I was looking for. Also, I could really taste the basil. Maybe that is just because it isn’t a taste I would normally associate with a burger.? I will continue searching for a favorite burger recipe and in the meantime, I will go back to just using salt, pepper, and “Montreal Steak” grilling seasonings. Thanks anyway!
