Shrimp Scampi Bake
We really enjoyed this. Although after reading some of the reviews in advance, we decided to precook the shrimp a little by putting in warm water until just turning pink. This reduced the oven time in the recipe to 5-7 minutes. We also added a little extra dijon and also added 1/2 teaspoon of Bay Seasoning, then served it over angel hair pasta. It was great. Next time, I'll add a little extra dijon and add a little garlic.
