I love food and eat too much. I love to try new, complex recipes because for me the preparation and cooking are the fun parts. I have lots of kitchen toys and love to play with them!! Eggs, pork (especially ribs), chicken wings, steaks, pasta dishes Southern style, grilling, fried foods I am a master of eggs. Too much salt in the soup!! I can't seem to remember that the flavors become concentrated.
