Shrimp Creole Bake
very good. i made this recipe for a potluck and recieved lots of compliments on it. it takes a while to cut up all the veggies but it's definately worth it.

Tuna Scalloped Potatoes
we added some left over seasoned salmon, and it added some a lot of good flavor. we also added some fresh mushrooms, i'd recommend that if you like them. make sure to add the flour before you add the milk, the sauce thickens very slowly, since it took about half an hour, so i would make the sauce first. the casserole turned out great, but there wasn't a lot of spice to it. next time i'll try using dijon mustard to see if that gives it a little extra kick.

Berry Custard Pie
i started making this pie and quickly realized that someone had put onion soup mix in our sour cream, so i substituted strawberry yogurt. since it turned out great, next time (will definately make it again) i'll probably use yogurt even if we do have sour cream. we topped the pie with whipped cream. the only problem with the recipe was the dough was very sticky and it took a long time to get spread over the pan because it stuck to my fingers even with flour. it was worth the effort because it was absolutely delicious. thanks for a great recipe!
