Firecracker Fried Chicken Drumsticks

This chicken is good. If you can't handle hot food, i wouldnt recommend leaving the chicken marinating for more than an hour. Also, I tried this recipe with chicken breast in an attempt to make boneless hot wings, not a good idea.

Baked Bar-be-que Chicken

This stuff is WONDERFUL!!!! I cook it atleast once a week because you can do anything with Barbeque chicken. With the left overs, my husband makes so killer chicken salad for sandwiches.

Elvis Presley Cake

This is a fun cake to make and a fun cake to eat. My husband asks me all the time when I will make it again. I usually only save it for special occasions. And I do warn the one diabetic in the family to stay away. I usually dont use the nuts either for fear of people that may have allergies.

Banana Rum Cake

this was a very good cake, however i used rum extract instead of rum, and i found the taste to be a bit strong, i dont know if it would have been that way had i used dark rum, but i ended up adding about a ton of whipped topping to the frosting recipe and i garnished it with bannana and sprinkled some cinnamon, it helped cute the rum taste in half.
