Delicious! I don't even like spinach, and I loved this recipe. I didn't have any Alfredo packets or jarred sauce, so I found an easy recipe for it here on the site and made that instead. It all came together beautifully.

Delicious, easy recipe. It took me about ten minutes to mix up the ingredients, so it's great if you're in a rush and want a snack you can throw together and pop in the oven. I only had about 1 1/3 c. of bananas, but it was still very good. I also added a 1/2 tsp. of vanilla extract, but I add that to almost everything, because I am a vanilla addict. :) Thanks for a great recipe!

Delicious! This was a gorgeous soup, really thick and filling and perfect for a cold winter's night. The only change I made was to use soy milk, and 1T of Italian seasoning mix instead of steak seasoning. I wish I had doubled the recipe!
