Boilermaker Tailgate Chili

We made this for Halloween last year and it was gone before we came back for trick-or-treating. Will be making this one again and again.

Wonderful. By the list of ingredients I didn't think it would turn out nearly as good as this! We had a soup "party" and had four different soups and this one was gone way before all the others! Definitely a keeper.

Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips

I made five recipes from this site for a party we had recently and this one got the most praise. I even had one of the guests take the leftovers home, he liked it so much. It became both appetizer and dessert. My kids asked me that night if I would make some more (when they found out the leftovers were gone)! My cinnamon chips didn't work out just the way the recipe said but I improvised and all is well!

Yum. This is so good!! I thought it might be difficult but the steps were really easy to follow. I'll try this one again and keep it for myself instead of taking it to a party :)

Burrito Pie

My kids wouldn't eat this but my husband thought it was pretty good. I may try this one again and knock down the heat a bit. It was really easy which gives this a 4-star rating instead of a 3!

Aunt Teen's Creamy Chocolate Fudge

This was the first time I have attempted to make fudge and I was afraid I would completely mess it up. But it was absolutely perfect and so easy! Everyone will be getting fudge for Christmas this year!!

Angel Chicken Pasta

This chicken was awesome. The sauce is so yummy I had to fight myself not to eat it up before I poured it on the chicken! I used tenders instead of breasts because its easier for my kiddos and it only took about 30 minutes. My husband took the leftovers to work and his coworkers ate it all before he could get to it! This is so easy its hard to believe it came out so tasty. Thank you so much for this recipe. I will be using this one over and over.

Beef Tenderloin With Roasted Shallots

This is a 5-star restaurant quality recipe! The sauce was fabulous. I used a red zinfandel and cooked it a little longer. 130 on my thermometer was still rare in the middle. I've thrown all the leftovers in the crockpot for dinner tonight and its wonderful. This is a great "look what I can do" recipe for in-laws ;) Thanks!

Pork Chop Casserole I

I braised 4 chops with some onions, then used 1 package of soup mix, 2.5 cups of water with 1 cup regular condensed rice and it turned out pretty good. I would suggest 1.5 packages maybe. It had good flavor but could have used just a little bit more. The cook time was accurate. I made a little bit of grave to go on top since it needed a little livening but overall it was pretty good. I'll try it again.
