Wonderful Banana Cake
Very moist and good ....I added 3 bananas and tesp. of cinnamon. Baked in preheated oven for 38 min.

Amish Breakfast Casserole
Only thing I did different was add pepper. I served this at a brunch and people came back for 2nds. This is a BIG 5 stars!!!!
