Asian Lettuce Wraps
Seriously AMAZING! I fell in love with lettuce asian wraps at a restaurant and I was dying to make it at home. This was SOOOOOO much better than anything I've ever had. The ingredients used and sauces were perfect! I used iceberg lettuce instead - because it's so nice and crispy and if you cut off the core the leaves come out like bowl and you can stuff them alot. I made enough for 2 days but we INHALED them in one night! OH also, I used steak instead of the gound beef. (I broiled a marinated steak and then cut it into strips and before the veggies were ready I threw in the steak). Also replaced cooking Sherry for the rice wine and used alot of asian chili paste - YUMMO! thanks Rachel411! And you're right - they sure did drip - part pf the fun!
