About this Cook
My cooking tragedies
The first time I made fried shrimp I didn't pull the shells off. I served to some friends. I didn't eat seafood at the time and knew that boiled shrimp was cooked with shells on.

Pizza Pasta
My family loved this! Everyone got seconds. I was told this needs to be a regular.

Cola Pot Roast II
This is a great recipe! I've been making this recipe, minus the brown gravy and cola for years. The difference in adding these items takes it from good to great. Thanks for the recipe!

Burgundy Pork Tenderloin
The pork tenderloin was terrific! I will make it again. I'm giving it 4 stars because I thought the gravy tasted to much like red wine - it was too strong. I added sauted mushrooms to the gravy. I made mashed red potatoes and wilted garlic spinach for the sides.
