Kim's Ultimate Meatloaf
I thought I made enough for leftovers, but by the end of the night we had finished it all!

Amazing Chicken
Was very good, used a little to much mayo, but I like mayo so hey. I will definately put it in my recipe rotation. I also substituted 1/2 the bread crumbs for parmesan/romano mix and seasoned the chicken.

Chinese Chicken Fried Rice II
My husband loved this, made me go find other chinese recipes. Very quick and easy to make.
