Pumpkin Flax Quickbread
Oh my...wonderful! I did make some slight changes, though -- added raisins (75g), and used orange juice for my liquid, and used all wheat flour. I also subbed in fruit sugar (fructose) and only used 150g, and it was plenty sweet. It tastes wonderful. Thanks for the recipe! ^_^

Hominy Beef Bake
My boyfriend rather liked this. I did tinker a wee bit with the recipe (sorry!) because of what I had on hand. Instead of chili powder, I used about a tbs and a half of taco seasoning. I also didn't have corn chips on hand, so I made a cornbread batter and spread that on top, and baked it at 450 for 20min. Thank you for the yummy recipe! ^^

Shepherd's Pie VI
Very good recipe! I made minor changes that I don't think had any major affect on the overall recipe. I didn't have much ground beef left, so I mixed it with ground turkey. I also didn't have any beef broth, so I just used water. I was also low on ingredients, so I mashed the carrots roughly together with the potatoes to add bulk. (Pretty!) And, to make it a bit more healthful, I threw in about a cup of steamed mixed veggies, and added cheese to each layer (a little /less/ healthful, but tasty nonetheless). Very nommy. Boyfriend polished off over half of it tonight. =D Thanks for the recipe!
