Beef Stroganoff III
This was good and very easy to make definately going in the keeper file.

Magic Lemon Pie
I love this lemon pie. You do have to make sure you beat the filling at least 2 minutes for it to thicken. I also use 3 egg whites for the meringue because we like it fluffy. My mom used to make this all the time and it brings back fond memories.

Chicken Makhani (Indian Butter Chicken)
this dish was OK the only thing I changed in the recipe was I used vegetable oil instead of peanut oil. In the end it was lacking flavor.
