Iced Pumpkin Cookies
Very nice! I followed the recipe exactly, but only had to bake for about 13-15 minutes. This makes a very dense, cake-like cookie and is not very sweet. Subtle flavor, very nice--my husband and I decided this is more of a coffee or tea cookie, not a dessert cookie. Very good!

Kay's Spaghetti and Lasagna Sauce
Awesome and easy homemade sauce!! I made this when I ran out of the jarred stuff; now I will never use the jarred stuff again! I cut the sugar in half and also added a half of a can of tomato paste. Makes a tasty sauce for spaghetti! You can jazz it up with extra seasonings, too, for something more spicy. Overall, wonderful!
