Irresistible Pecan Pie
Great recipe. First time for a pecan pie--everybody loved it. Filling was nice and thick. I used my own pie crust recipe so I don't know about this one.

Fresh Spinach and Sun-Dried Tomato Lasagna
This was a very tastey recipe. Although it was a lot of work it was worth it in the end. The cream was a little runny, but I thickened it with cornstarch/water mixture.

Tiramisu Toffee Dessert
