Most of my family, except my 12 year old daughter loved this! My husband thought that it was a little dry, but otherwise good. Being a born and bred Hungarian, I have had this before. I did "tweak" the method a bit though. I don't have a stand alone mixer, so I used a food processor, which meant that it didn't need as much time in kneeding. And to help the process of rising, I used a tip which I learned while making some bread: I put the dough in a bowl, covered it and let it rise in about six inches of warm water. I did the same when the dough needed to rise a second time, but instead a put it in bread tins! It really worked, and the dough was great!

This was good, even though one of my daughters didn't like it. I used Hokkien noodles instead of angel hair pasta, as that is what I had. Also cocktail prawns instead of shrimp, because shrimp is not always available. Turned out pretty good, served with garlic bread.

This was quite tasty, but a little dry. Next time I think I will make more sauce, (maybe double, or at least 1 and a half times more!) Otherwise, pretty good.

On the whole, the family liked this, but the sauce was a bit bland. Maybe a bit of sweet chilli sauce might give it a kick. Will definitely make again though. Any serving suggestions would be of great help, though.

This is Yummy! It is a little rich, but for special occasions it is great! My kids especially loved it!

I love this recipe! And best of all, my family do too! I left out the bell peppers though, as my husband has an allergy to them, but it still tasted great, and was easy as pie to make!

I didn't like this recipe at all. I thought that it was way too runny and all you could taste was the leeks, in spite of the fact that I cut them down by half. It was also too runny for my liking.

This recipe is fantastic, even though I did change the quantities a little to suit our taste. I found it flavoursome, very easy to make and filling! My kids liked it too!

I like this one, though my family thought that it was a little spicy. I used Chorizo sausages and spaghetti instead of the gnocchi, as that is what I had at home. But it was still delicious, and will make again.

I liked this recipe, as it was very simple and quick. My older daughter loved it, but my husband said that it needed something, but couldn't tell me what. I loved it. I will definitely make it again.

This is an excellent recipe. My daughter asked for seconds, and my husband can't wait to have more. He said next time I should double the recipe so that it lasts longer! However, I left the whiskey out because my husband can't have alcohol for health reasons, so I added more cream to the sauce instead.
