Puffed Cauliflower Cheese
This was good, with an interesting texture. It needs more of a taste profile. Garlic/Onion powder maybe?

Dry Rub for Ribs
Perfect! I used roasted cumin and it had just the right mix of sweet and spice for my bbq country ribs!
