Italian Spaghetti Sauce with Meatballs
I made a much larger recipe. With 3 lbs. ground beef & 1 lb. italian sausage, I made 150 golf ball sized meatballs. I simmered it all afternoon; my guests could smell it cooking outside the front door. It's a very easy & really tasty recipe.

Slow Cooker Taco Soup
Very good and received rave reviews... The only changes I made were to use beef broth instead of water, and I used two cans of black beans instead of the kidney/chili beans...

Honey Mustard Salad Dressing
This was a bit runny at first, but seemed to thicken up a bit in the refrigerator... Served it to a group of ten and everyone liked it....
