Honey Mustard Salad Dressing
This was a bit runny at first, but seemed to thicken up a bit in the refrigerator... Served it to a group of ten and everyone liked it....

Creamy Au Gratin Potatoes
I doubled the recipe for a group of twelve, using 5 lbs. of potatoes & two onions. Next time I will add garlic to the cheese sauce... this time I sprinkled cayenne pepper on the top & would do that again for the extra flavor. They were a huge hit!

Doreen's Ham Slices on the Grill
I have made this recipe for years... excellent change of pace from burgers or steaks... probably my favorite grilled meat...
