Kansas Tomato Sandwich
I love these sandwiches. Except I usually use mayo instead of butter and don't toast the bread but have when the mood stricks. My husband thinks I am weird but this just proves I am not!

Pita Pizza
Very Nice. you can change the toppings to everyone likes and it is easy to make. Will do this again.

Baked Pesto Chicken
Normally not a big pesto fan but hubby is so I thought I would give it a try. Excellent!! Will make again and again. So easy but very tasty. Thanks.
