Sukhothai Pad Thai
The sauce on this was far too vinegary. I didn't like it very much at all. I might make it again, but I would probably add some more soy sauce or subtract some of the vinegar.

Feta and Bacon Pasta Sauce
This recipe was good, but super-salty. We used green onions instead of leeks, and they worked fine. Will make again.

Spinach Cheese Pasta
This was quite a good recipe; quick, easy, and the perfect way to use egg noodles. Tastes good hot and cold. I just wish there was a way to make the spinach stay crisp. I suppose if you don't try to cook it with garlic... I will definitely make this one again.
