Cool Whipped Frosting
This is a great recipe thats easy and versatile. My kids don't like frosting that is really sweet, so this works really well for us. I love to use it on cupcakes.

High Temperature Eye-of-Round Roast
Absolutely the best way to make an eye of round that I have ever tried. It came out tender and flavorful. It was also excellent the next day. My husband and kids also loved it. Its something I will make often.

Oven Fried Lemonade Chicken
I really liked this recipe. The lemonade was not overpowering, just added a little flavor. I also used panko crumbs and my whole family really enjoyed this chicken.
