Spicy Indian Chicken Curry Yummy
I don't know how it's possible to create gravy when there is NO LIQUID used aside from three tablespoons of oil. It's a mystery. Like KatieCat, I added a can of coconut milk, some chicken broth, and that improved it immensely.

Butternut Squash Soup II
This soup is amazing, so delicious, so good for you! Super easy to make too. As other reviewers mentioned, I left out the celery. I also added about a tablespoon of garam masala. Amazing!

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies
Excellent! My husband loved them for Valentine's Day :) He is a chocolate chip cookie fanatic! I followed the recipe to a T and had no trouble. Baking911 recommends creaming the butter while still cold; I will try that next time! (I read the tip AFTER I was done, oops!)
