Poached Salmon II

Excellent recipe. I omitted the butter and added dry dill weed. This may be my new favorite way to cook salmon!! Thanks for sharing!

Blueberry Crisp II

How much better can it get?....easy and delicious. Don't let the mayo scare you away....this is EXCELLENT!

Make-Ahead Mashed Potatoes

very good. Company enjoyed it. I did have to add butter...like another reviewer said....it's a southern "thang". thanks
