Lentil Soup II
I had never had lentils before, but I had some in my cabinet so I figured I would try them. I added 1/2lb of pork sausage since I had that left over, some chopped garlic, and I didn't have any tomato sauce so I used pizza sauce and left out the italian seasoning. I also added some pasta and cheese to it. It turned out really good!

Seasoned Cornish Hens
This recipe is very good. I made the recipe exactly except that I added about a tsp of Paprika to the marinade. I also split the chickens in half and marinaded them for about 4-5 hrs. The chickens came out very tasty! I will use this recipe again!

Chicken Scampi II
I was looking for a chicken recipe to make for myself for lunch and came across this one. I used frozen chicken tenders and for the noodles I used the noodles from a package of ramen noodles. The whole dish turned out delicious. Will definitely be keeping this recipe to make for the family.
