Pesto Chicken Florentine
I liked the recipe, but think the sauce is too much. I made half of the recommended amount, with low fat milk even, as well as added chicken to my recipe, but it still seemed like there was too much sauce from a quantity and too much/many cream/calories standpoint.
I used freshly grated parmesan cheese rather than romano and thought it was a nice touch.
