Cowboy Cookie Mix in a Jar
This makes a great gift and the resulting cookies are delicious. I used Mason jars topped with a bit of bandana fabric that had snowmen on it. It made a great make-a-gift project for kids through junior high.

Joan's Famous Mondel Brodt
This is an excellent recipe and mine gets gobbled up right away. I use almonds for a traditional Mondel Brodt.

Beer Butt Chicken
My whole family loved this chicken. It made great sandwiches the next day, though there was little left!
