Brennan's Irish Soda Bread
Just what I was looking for~not a sweet bread~ something to serve with my Corned Beef & Cabbage. Very tasty!

Sarah's Applesauce
I made this for breakfast this morning, and while we were eating my son said, "Too bad applesauce doesn't taste like this." I said, "but this IS applesauce." He repled, "No, regular applesauce from the store." I then got the chance to explain to him that everything homemade is SO much better than store-bought.

Roast Beef and Gravy
I added the wine thinking it wouldn't make too much of a difference in the flavor. I was wrong. It was awesome! My hubby said, " I don't know what you put in that gravy, but it is GOOD!" My new slow cooker 'go to' recipe.
