Apple Crisp II
One of my favorite recipes! Best apple crisp ever, makes TONS of the crisp which is my favorite part. Now if I could just find someone to peel and slice all those apples for me...

Peanut Butter Muffins
Didnt care for them one bit, but my 14 year old son liked them. First thing I have baked in a looooooong time that didnt get all the way eaten. Had to throw some away they got old.

Ham and Bean Soup II
Didnt even come close to following the recipe, but I had never made Ham and Bean soup before, and this is the recipe I picked as my inspiration. Giving it 5 stars simply because my soup turned out amazing. Glad I found this recipe to "guide" me.
