Pumpkin Spice Cookie
I'm another person who did not like these cookies. They were too moist and gooey, especially in the center. I even baked them for 15 minutes. I ended up throwing them out. I have made other cake mix cookies and they always came out fine. What could I (and the other low raters) have done wrong??

Crustless Spinach Quiche
Great crustless quiche recipe which can be modified by using broccoli(as I did). I made mine in a round 10" quiche pan and should have increased the ingredients a bit. I think the key to this recipe is cooking the onions and spinach in oil before baking. Try adding a little garlic, ham, sausage or bacon. This is a recipe which can be easily altered.
