Baked Slow Cooker Chicken
VERY TASTY but... Timing is off like another reveiwer stated. I used a roaster b/c a 3lb chicken is not feeding a family of 5. The chicken was done by 6 hours possibly before but that's when I came home. The foil balls didn't serve it's purpose b/c my chicken was cooking in it's own fat juice plus I added 1/4 cup red wine vinegar. My son (18) who never compliments says that it was "mad good" and rest of family thought it was delicious also. Skin did not crisp so I just pulled it off and through out, tasted funky fatty. Very tempted to brown it by broiling but took the easy way out.
