Two Step Creamy Cheesecake

Pretty yummy and easy as pie. Great for a quick dessert, or when you've forgotten you were supposed to bring the dessert to the party.

Maple Salmon

It was pretty freakin' good. The guys loved it. The salmon stayed moist and was very flavorful. The best maple salmon recipe I know.

French Onion Soup XI

I thought the onions would be over-powering, but the beer and bay leaf blended in great. I'd definitely make this a million more times

The Original Treats™

Rice Crispie Treats are sooo good. I haven't had them in sooo long. They took a little while to become completely hard enough to cut, but they were tasty.

This casserole was really good. I didn't realize though that I had to refrigerate it, so I was disappointed to have to wait another day. I used really spicy green salsa, so it has an incredible bite. I think next time, I'll use less onion though.
