Gluten-Free White Bread for Bread Machines
I've made this bread many times exactly as stated in the recipe. It's my favorite gluten free white bread. It is very important to follow step 2 and check the consistency of the bread in the bread machine after 5 minutes.

Mock Chicken Fried Steak
My kids say this is a five star recipe. I made it gluten free by substituting rice crackers for the saltines. They are not as salty as saltines so I had to add 2 extra teaspoons of salt. They seemed to brown quickly so I only cooked them 5 minutes per side.

Mom's Country Gravy
I made a gluten free version using 1/2 cup pan drippings (country fried steak cooked in butter) in place of the vegetable oil. I substituted 1/3 cup corn starch for the flour. I did everything else as listed and it turned out fine.
