Almond-Topped Fish
If I owned my own restaurant I would serve this dish. It is fantastic! I want to try it next time with sour cream instead of mayo to see if it still tastes as good with less calories. I know some people skipped the onions and I think the onions are a must have with this dish. Delish!

Creamy Tomato Chicken
Super easy and tasty. I also skipped the chile-garlic sauce since I had everything on hand except that. I also used Italian seasoning instead of separate spices since I was out of thyme. I was expecting the sauce to be runnier but its actually pretty thick and coats the chicken well.

Tender Breaded Turkey Cutlets
It was very good. I cut the light sour cream in half and added 1 tbsp brown mustard and followed the suggestion of others to coat it and then let it sit for a minute (I left it alone for about 30 minutes while I went and did other things). I also cut the bread crumbs in half and that was plenty the other half would have still been sitting there when I was done coating. Of course I also sprinkled garlic, salt and pepper on it when I went to cook it.
