Easy Cajun Jambalaya
We really enjoyed this recipe - added a bit more chicken broth - we prefer a bit thinner sauce. Was a little too spicy for some folks, so we'll tone it down a little next time - this will become a family favorite!

Italian Sausage Soup
My entire family loved this recipe. Froze some extra portions and they warmed back up perfectly!

Golden Rum Cake
Perfect for the holidays - tastes even better a day or two after you make it! Super moist. Thanks to Lindsay for the advice on the rum - right on! As she advised, I used Bicardi Select for the cake and Appleton Estates for the glaze.
